Transportation

Transporting students to and from school safely is St. Anthony - New Brighton Schools top priority. We partner with local contractors, Monarch Bus Service, to provide safe bus service.

Van drivers that are employed by the school district drive students who are in special education programming, and occasionally use a contractor to fill in bus routes when a driver is out.

Our transportation team sends an email to families in the spring inquiring about transportation needs for the upcoming year. Those decisions are confirmed as we get closer to the start of the year in August.

Learn more about our district boundaries

Our district boundary is one of the smallest in the state of Minnesota - a 1 mile by 2 mile radius - so some of our in-district students are able to walk or bike to school. Students whose families have signed up for transportation and live outside of the boundary can refer to the following information for reference.

Bus Safety

During the first few weeks of school, all SANB students learn bus safety tips and rules. We partner with Monarch Bus Service to ensure our students arrive to and from school punctually and safely. Below are the training materials different buildings use for bus safety.
